Matt Hodges is a singer songwriter from Wakefield, West Yorkshire who is making his mark on the UK country music scene.

Matt has been showing his class and talent on the live music scene in the UK, Europe and the USA over the last 10+ years.

The pandemic was a blessing in disguise for Matt, despite losing access to performing live, he found the chance to concentrate on original music and released his debut single ‘How Could You’ in October 2020 which soared on the iTunes UK Country Charts.

His next three singles, ‘Forever With You’, ‘When We Were Young’, and ‘Proud To Be Me’ all peaked at No 1. on the iTunes Country Charts.

Drew Brown – Lead Vocals / Keyboard
Drew is the youngest and best looking member of the band. He joined back in August 2012 and is now widely considered, by himself, as the most talented member of The Patriots. His ability to sing most of the words, to most of the songs, most of the time, leaves others awestruck.
If he spent as much time concentrating on getting the lyrics right as he did marvelling at the size of his organ, he’d be good enough to get an audition on X-Factor.
He knows it’s Dusty’s band.
Favourite pastime: The lunge.
Favourite quote: “Anyone got any cough medicine?”

Adi Brown – Lead Guitar / Foot Switches
Adi learnt to play the guitar after stealing his younger brother’s Fender Strat when he was looking the other way. A self taught guitarist, Adi spent many years un-teaching himself how to play, so that a tutor could teach him properly. He has recently passed Grade 1 Lead Break.
Adi takes much pride in his appearance and has a keen eye for fashion. He regularly treats the audience to an eclectic range of HMV T-Shirts, combat shorts, and the finest off-white Lonsdale trainers.
He knows it’s Dusty’s band.
Favourite quote: “Am I loud enough?”
Favourite pastime: Turning knobs on things up to `eleven`.

Lee Stables – Pots ‘n’ Pans
Lee, the newest member of The Patriots, joined the band back in May 2019. Whilst a talented drummer, he spends most of his time on stage concentrating on not breaking one of his drumsticks. However, he has to concentrate so hard that he forgets to think about holding onto his drumsticks, and inevitably drops one.
He’s still relatively new to the band and has yet to reveal his darker side. Although, with his eloquent vocabulary, it’s best not to ask too many questions.
He knows it’s Dusty’s band.

Mark Williams – Bass Guitarist / Band Owner
Mark Williams, aka Dusty, aka Cakes, is without doubt, the second best bass guitarist in The Patriots; second only to Adi, Lee and Drew. As a child he always wanted to be a musician, but due to a lack of ability, he settled as being a bass guitarist.!
A former member of the prestigious RAF Regiment, Dusty isn’t as hard as you would think. Although, he still holds the power to call in an air strike at the slightest sign of finding a window to look through!
Favourite quote: “It’s my band!”
Favourite pastime: Baking top-secret experimental cakes, looking through windows!

The Monsters are a 4 piece band that can offer a general entertainment night as well as many themed nights depending on your needs.

The youngest member of the band, Danny is scarily talented on a multitude of instruments. From Keys to Bass he is equally gifted on guitar and drums. Currently finishing off his degree in music technology he is certainly a name to watch out for in the future.

From her background in dance and musical theater, Zara has Grown her skills to become a remarkable vocalist and performer. Achieving top grades in lamda adfp and idta btec diploma in dance. Playing lead roles including Snow White at Hull New Theater and supporting the likes of JLS and The Saturdays at Freedom Festivals she went on to win various contests including Blackpool Coast idol and Fox Factor as well as a Blackpool command award. Her success touring the country with her dancers as a Leading Lady Gaga Tribute led her to form a top-class band that has gone from strength to strength.

6 String wizard Antony has had a varied career in music, an RGT Registered guitar tutor he started out in a glam rock showband touring the UK and Europe and moved on to performing on many cruises in a variety of acts. His devotion to music has seen him opening a music school in his hometown.

Drum and Percussion legend, known in the industry as `The Beat Thief` Alan is the heartbeat of the band. While playing in various Bands around Europe and The Middle East he has performed with the likes of Hazel D, Bucks Fizz, Toyah, East 17, Bad Manners, The Beat, The Selector, The Specials, and The Commitments. A regular in the recording studio laying down his rhythms for a multitude of acts he provides a strong beat for his fellow monsters.

Born & bred in Connisborough South Yorkshire, Brogan developed a love for music /singing from a very young age. He was brought up listening to songs from the 50s, 60s & 70s and his parents always encouraged him to learn these songs and help keep the music from those eras alive.

At the age of sixteen Brogan’s singing career took off and he was soon singing at many events such as weddings & birthday parties. He also offered a Disco and Karaoke option at those events ime too.

Since those early days he has toured all over Yorkshire with the fantastic charity roadshow ‘Stars In Our Eyes’ performing as Sir Elton John and Buddy Holly and helped to raise over £100,000 for different charities. He also took his first steps on the club circuit in his own right as a singer. Many awards have come his way since, such as Best Newcomer 2018 & Best Male Vocalist 2019.

He is now an established and increasingly popular singer in clubs and events in yorkshire and beyond, either with his Buddy Holly tribute act or as himself and never fails to please his audiences.

Nikki Summers band currently uses a full Nexo PS15 and LS1200 pa system, run by 2 – Camco Vortex V6 amps, given high-end digital performance and quality in sound, capable of filling any venue. Front lighting consists of 2 sets of NJD Spectre units, rear trussing with LED moving head, and 4 moving head floor lights, finished off with two CO2 canons. High dense quick disperse haze machine (non-allergenic)

Nikki Summers Band is the only band she has sung with around the UK. The club scene, Holiday parks, Naval / Army barracks etc.
